Why am I posting such a headline with a photo of a #bicycle? It has a lot to do with the recent past. For almost 2 years I was riding my #bike almost every day.

There were days when I was riding 100kms per day.
There were days when I was riding during the #rain, #snow, or very strong #sun.

You could ask – how could you ride that lot – you did not go to #work?

There is a simple explanation for this.

Riding a bike was my daily #routine and I was paid for it.

I needed to clear my #mind.

I started delivering #food by bike.
I started making thousands of people #smile when they receive their food.
I started #feeling very well because of everyday #sport #activity.
I started clearing my mind.

On the 24th of September 2020, I delivered my first #order. Since then I have ridden ca 20.000kms, have delivered thousands of orders, and changed a lot of tubes. Of course, some guys are much better than me in terms of KMS and the number of orders. But this was my #journey.

It was such a great experience, full of motivation, ups and downs, new friends, freedom, and getting to know my #limits and the #city from a totally different #perspective.

What have I learned?

Our mind is full of limits.

It is often hard to beat the limits, but it is possible.

The best thing is when you need to beat the limits because beating your limits feeds you.

Do not beat the limits if it harms you.

An excuse is in my opinion a way the brain is trying to protect us from possible danger.

Weather is not the most important thing in life.

If it is raining and you need to go biking, just take a jacket.

If it is raining so heavily that even a jacket does not help, stay at home 🙂

Every day is a start from zero. In the evening you see how much you tried 🙂

And here I am.
After 2 years. With a clearer mind.

Thanks for this time on the bike.
It was worth it.
I am letting it go for now.
At least from the working perspective.
